Have you been out on the snow on a full moon evening in winter? If not then you just have to! Yes, the air is cold and prickles the nostrils, the ears might be a little cold, but the experience will take your breath away.
We time things carefully and set out as the sun starts its way down to the west and get to out view point in time to watch the moon rise over the White Mountains to the east. We watch it climb into the sky sipping hot chocolate and snacking on locally baked cookies before heading back to the warmth indoors.
We provide the snowshoes, poles, hot chocolate and cookies. You bring warm clothing, warm boots and fun. We plan to be out 2-3 hours.
